RISU will replace the damaged tablet or other parts at your cost. RISU maintains study history and points that the student earned and will transfer to the new tablet.

We keep a log of learning progress, so we can transfer progress data on new tablets.

The tablet is a rental item that comes with the RISU Service, so please return the device when terminating the service.
We will send you the necessary labels for FedEx, UPS, or USPS via e-mail. Please place the tablet, charger, cable, and stylus into the original box and ship it out.

The tablet is for learning purposes only. You can only use it for RISU.
After terminating the service, you can still review questions solved in the past.
